Management company BS Hospitality Management was founded in January 2009 by the management team of the only one internationally branded hotel in Perm Krai - Hilton Garden Inn Perm. In February 2009, the management company concluded an agreement for management of Hilton Garden Inn Perm.

At the moment, BS Hospitality Management runs Hilton Garden Inn Perm with 102 guestrooms, corresponding to 4* of Russian classification. The hotel was built in 2006 and opened under Plaza Olympia name. In autumn 2007, a franchise license agreement was signed with Hilton Hotels Corporation. After a year-long reconstruction, the hotel was opened under Hilton Garden Inn Perm name.

In September 2008, an agreement was signed with Hilton Hotels Corporation about the construction in Perm of a second hotel branded Doubletree by Hilton. A classical hotel 5* with 171 guestrooms will appear in the very heart of the city of Perm in 2 years. The hotel construction site is owned by the company, schematic design is finished. Hampton by Hilton Perm is at the conceptual stage, as well as projects in such Russian cities as Krasnoyarsk, Yekaterinburg, Touapse.

BS Hospitality Management also runs restaurants which are amenities of managing hospitalty enterprices. Karin Restaurant, one of the most profitable Perm restaurants, is situated in Hilton Garden Inn Perm.
